TUITION

Tuition is $399, or save $104 if you pay at least one week in advance ($295). RSVP required. Payment plans are available. Graduates can repeat the course for $100 off.

Classes are held at Sonoma Body Balance, 210 Vallejo Street, Suite C, Petaluma, CA . (unless otherwise noted). Classes are occasionally held in the East Bay - at Innate Chiropractic in Albany.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Yes, you can make up a class in a concurrent session or a future session.
You’ll get reminder sheets for all the major activities we’ll be doing – many with photographs – to help you practice after class. You’ll also receive suggested homework assignments that help you remember to practice during the week.
Balance Your Body classes are limited to 8 students, so that I have time to give everyone individual attention.
I recommend that you wear comfortable street clothes or workout clothes. Tight clothing (such as jeans or short skirts) restricts movement. Large or overly bulky clothing is not ideal either, as it makes it more difficult to see the alignment of your bones. Bring socks if your feet get cold.
It is helpful if you bring pillows to the first 4 classes, as we will be practicing lying on the side and the back. This gives you a chance to see how well your own pillows are working.
You’ll be moving from sitting to standing to bending to lying down in the classes. You always have the option of sitting if you’re tired of standing, or vice versa. Often people are surprised at how good they feel at the end of each class.
